Product Application:

The F-81HP-360 is a coaxial-type splice adapter intended to JOIN two (2) separate lenghts of coaxial cable equipped with viable male "f" connectors. The F-81HP-360 can accommodate coaxial cable center conductors with an outer diameter (OD) from 0.032" (0.81mm) to 0.040" (1.02mm) or RG-59 to RG-7. NOTE; Coaxial center conductors with an OD large than 0.40" will damage the connector. The product's technical performance is designed to minimize reflections and attenuation within the frequency range from DC to 3.0Ghz.

The F-81HP-360 is compliant to the Echostar, techincal and mechanical requirments.

The F-81HP-360 is designed for use in high frequency applications up to 3.0Ghz. The F-81HP-360 features MCR Group's PATENT PENDING gold-plated Beryllium copper 360 degree center conductor siezing incsert. The Beryllium contact allows use with any size cable, from mini to RG2 - maintaining a tight fit for cleaner transmission of data, even after multiple cable insertion. The Beryllium contact design also makes for better long term reliability with fewer instances of center conductor corrosion/oxidization. The device is housed in a die-cast nickel-plated RFI casing.

The F-81HP-360 color coded inserts conforms to CEA-587 specfications as required.
